What is Vespertillie?
I am a French Printmaker from Normandy (France), specializing in thrifted and upcycled clothing. I thrift secondhand clothes to give them a new life and transform them into unique one-of-a-kind pieces.
Each thrifted piece is hand printed and customized to create something special, meaning no two items are identical. Once a piece is gone, it’s gone!
Care Instructions
I use printing ink specifically for fabric so all my hand-printed clothes are machine wash safe. To preserve the quality of the print, wash on cold and do not tumble dry. All orders will come with a care instruction card.
Shipping Information
We ship domestically and internationally using Mondial Relay, Colissimo, Chronopost.
International customers can place orders, but please note that shipping costs and customs fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 7 business days of payment confirmation. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Change of Address
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error.
What is the return policy?
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of these pieces, all sales on upcycled items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. The only exceptions are: if an item is damaged or you received the wrong item for an order.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. The return costs are your responsability. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
