Delivery timeframes Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination and begin once your order has been handed over to the carrier. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Liability Once a parcel has been handed over to the carrier, Vespertillie is no longer responsible for delays, loss, or damage occurring during transit. Any claims regarding lost or damaged parcels must be directed to the carrier directly.
